Jimmy Wang Yang Backstage at RAW, WWE Payback Kickoff Pre-show Notes, NXT Takeover and TV Tapings

– Next Wednesday’s WWE NXT Takeover: Unstoppable event from Full Sail University is sold out. The NXT TV tapings on Thursday night are not sold out but very few seats remain. We will be live from Full Sail for both events.

– The WWE Payback Kickoff Pre-show begins an 7pm EST on Sunday and will feature Renee Young, Corey Graves, Booker T and Byron Saxton on the panel. There is no Payback post-show scheduled as the replay on the WWE Network is scheduled for 11pm EST. As noted, The Ascension vs. Damien Sandow and Curtis Axel will take place on the pre-show.

– We noted before that Jimmy Wang Yang was teasing a return to WWE RAW on last night’s episode in Cincinnati. Yang lives in the area and did attend RAW as he was backstage. Yang brought some VIP contest winners to RAW on his Redneck Party Bus and let them come backstage to meet WWE Superstars. He tweeted the following:
