Mick Foley Taking A Break From WWE

Mick Foley will be taking the rest of the year off from WWE.

This is according to a statement a WWE spokesperson issued to Pro Wrestling Sheet, which also noted that he hasn’t been “released or fired.”

The rep for WWE said, “Mick is taking time off to spend the holidays with his family and do his volunteer work as Santa. He has not been released or fired.”

The rep added that Foley “will return to Raw on Monday, January 2.”

As the General Manager of Raw, much of Foley’s focus in recent weeks has been on Sami Zayn and his continuing feud with Braun Strowman.
