The Usos on Why They’ve Been Away, AJ Styles Talks Injury and Dolph Ziggler

The Usos appeared on last night’s Talking Smack episode and Jey Uso confirmed that he has been suffering from an ankle injury. Regarding Zack Ryder being injured, The Usos say The Hype Bros shouldn’t be #1 contenders, they should. The Usos talked about how they can beat The Wyatt Family and SmackDown General Manager Daniel Bryan mentioned that they need to earn a title shot.

WWE Champion AJ Styles also appeared on Talking Smack and would not answer when Renee asked him if he’s cleared to wrestle. AJ did say his ankle is “fine” and he seems confident for the December 27th WWE Title defense against Dolph Ziggler. There’s still no official word on when AJ will defend against James Ellsworth but the match is coming.
