WWE Spokesperson On Brock Lesnar Not Being Disciplined For UFC Drug Test Failures

We reported earlier via The Wrestling Observer Newsletter that WWE is not planning on taking any action against Brock Lesnar regarding his two failed drug tests related to UFC 200.

A WWE rep confirmed today via TMZ that Lesnar will not be disciplined by WWE and his SummerSlam match with Randy Orton will go on as planned. Because Lesnar is not a full-time performer, he’s essentially exempt to the WWE Wellness Policy. The WWE spokesperson said:

“WWE’s talent wellness program does not apply to part-time performers such as Brock Lesnar.”
