WWE Extreme Rules Twitter Ratings, Chris Jericho Thumbtacks Video, Mick Foley on WWE Couple

– Last night’s WWE Extreme Rules pay-per-view ranked #3 among series & specials for the night in Nielsen’s Twitter TV ratings, behind Game of Thrones and the Billboard Awards. As noted, Nielsen recently confirmed to us that they have changed the way Twitter ratings are being released as Unique Audience will no longer be included. The weekly lists will now include and be ranked by tweet volume. Extreme Rules had 268,000 tweets with 50,000 unique authors. This is down from Payback, which had 326,000 tweets with 57,000 unique authors.

– Mick Foley often posts random wrestling memes on his Facebook page and posted the following on new WWE couple Paige and Alberto Del Rio this weekend. Foley wrote in the comments, “I actually asked both Paige and Alberto how they felt about it a few minutes before the post even went up – and they were both very good sports about it.”
