– TMZ reports that the Vince McMahon arrest angle on last night’s WWE RAW from Brooklyn actually caused a bunch of phone calls to the New York Police Department. Apparently the angle felt real enough for some viewers to call the NYPD.
– WWE NXT talents Satender Ved Pal and Lovepreet Sangha, who signed three-year deals back in the summer, will make their in-ring debuts during January’s WWE main roster live events from New Delhi, India. The Times of India reports that they will be working Big Show and John Cena in their debuts. Sangha commented:
“It is a huge opportunity for me and I am elated that my first bout will be organized in my home land. I am working out for several hours in the gym and bracing myself to face Cena and Big Show.”
“The pressure is there to win and I am going to try my level best to bring glory for my country. My ultimate aim is to win the WWE championship belt and I am ready to go an extra yard for that.”
