Hornswoggle Suspended By WWE For Talent Wellness Program Violation

Hornswoggle

WWE announced Monday that Hornswoggle has been suspended for 30 days, effective immediately, for his first violation of the company’s Talent Wellness Program.

“In accordance with its Talent Wellness Program, WWE has suspended Dylan Postl (Hornswoggle) for 30 days, effective immediately, for his first violation of the company’s policy,” WWE said in a statement.

No word yet on what exactly triggered his suspension.

Hornswoggle has appeared in various roles for WWE since 2006, but rarely in the last year. He last appeared on television in November, although he has competed at a few non-televised events this year. Years ago, he was a heavily pushed commodity in the sports-entertainment organization, which included a role as the illegitimate son of Vince McMahon.

Prior to the announcement, no WWE talent had been suspended for a violation of the Talent Wellness Program in over two years. The last suspension was issued on July 2, 2013, to Jesús Rodríguez (Ricardo Rodriguez) for 30 days for his first violation of the policy.
