– Tanner Saraceno, who was the last contestant on WWE Tough Enough to be eliminated before the finale, announced on Friday that he plans to pursue a career in mixed martial arts for the time being. He will, however, wrestle again when he feels ready.
After talking with some veteran WWE coaches and superstars, I've decided to heavily pursue Mma for now and come back to wrestling in future

To clarify I am not leaving wrestling. I'm just going to make sure when I'm read for the chance, I'm 100% ready. Which takes time

After being eliminated from the show, Saraceno said he felt like he was not rewarded for the work he put in.
“I watched tons of video and matches of how the guys perform and the small things they do that I would maybe be able to make my own. I watched video after video of promos. I feel like I put in a lot of work, and I don’t feel like I was rewarded for it yet. So it’s definitely something I’m going to have to keep working, which I had to do my whole life. I don’t usually get things the first time around. I’m stubborn enough where I eventually get there,” Saraceno said in an interview with Channel Guide Magazine.
On Sept. 11, Saraceno lost a fight in Kuwait.
