Update on Paul Heyman WWE SummerSlam Speculation, “Takeover: Brooklyn” Japan Notes, Dusty’s Wife

– WWE NXT “Takeover: Brooklyn” was the #2 trending Twitter topic in Japan at one point on Saturday night. Some of the hardcore Japanese fans were said to be unhappy because they couldn’t see NXT Champion Finn Balor in the main event as the show did not air on TV in Japan and the WWE Network isn’t legally available there yet.

– Dusty Rhodes’ wife Michelle Runnels was in attendance for WWE SummerSlam on Sunday.

– Regarding speculation that Paul Heyman may have been involved in booking the controversial MMA-influenced finish between The Undertaker and Brock Lesnar at Sunday’s WWE SummerSlam pay-per-view, that was not the case. However, the planned finish did change and was tweaked from the original idea but it did not come from Heyman.
