There’s been a lot of speculation regarding the future of Alexa Bliss after injuries brought her career to a standstill last month. The former Raw and SmackDown Women’s Champion eased some worries by taking to social media on Wednesday to confirm that she’s on the road to recovery.
In this post on Twitter (and Instagram), Bliss revealed that she’s now back working inside the ring at the WWE Performance Center.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Bliss took light bumps with medical monitoring her.
In another sign that Bliss could be returning to the ring soon, WWE sent an email on Tuesday to fans in the DMV area (Washington D.C., Maryland, Virginia) promoting a ticket presale for a Raw live event taking place in Fairfax, Virginia on Sunday, March 3 and she is advertised to appear.
Bliss has been out of action since suffering a concussion on October 20 during a tag team match against Raw Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey and Jax at a live event in Hartford, Connecticut. Her injury came one night after she returned to the ring after being out of action for a month.
Dave Meltzer noted recently in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that Bliss suffered multiple concussions within a short period of time and WWE is now being extra cautious in bringing her back to wrestle. As recently as last week, she has been unable to pass WWE’s ImPACT test, which measures the effects of a concussion through cognitive tests. She won’t be able to wrestle unless she passes the test.
With her status in limbo, WWE began focusing on how to keep Bliss on television in a non-wrestling capacity. This past Monday night on Raw, Baron Corbin appointed Bliss to oversee the Raw Women’s division.
