Torrie Wilson and a few other former WWE Superstars are now scheduled to appear at SmackDown 1000 on October 16 in Washington D.C.
In addition to Wilson, the official website of the Capital One Arena is now advertising Michelle McCool and former SmackDown General Managers Theodore Long and Vickie Guerrero for SmackDown 1000.
The only other nostalgia acts confirmed for SmackDown 1000 is an Evolution reunion (with Triple H, Batista, Randy Orton, and Ric Flair) and an appearance by The Undertaker, which WWE previously announced.
The Capital One Arena is advertising two matches for SmackDown 1000, calling it a “double main event.”
* AJ Styles and Daniel Bryan vs. Samoa Joe and The Miz
* Charlotte Flair, Asuka and Naomi vs. Becky Lynch, Peyton Royce and Billie Kay
These two matches will most likely take place after SmackDown 1000 goes off the air, if they even do. Styles vs. Joe, Bryan vs. The Miz, and Jeff Hardy vs. Orton were originally advertised for the event.
