After being portrayed as feisty on Total Divas, viewers will see a different side of Cameron in Season 3.
"I feel like this season, people are definitely going to be able to see a different side of me," Cameron said. "This
season you see a softer side and you kind of see something that hits close to home. I have some family things and then also
choosing family and my career. And [I'm] also making a decision that's huge, that may make or break my career."
Elsewhere in the interview, Cameron discusses her relationship with Vincent, which will be a focal point on the third
season of Total Divas, premiering Sunday, Sept. 7 at 9 p.m. ET/8 p.m. CT on E!.
After making her mark in WWE's Tough Enough revival on the USA Network, Cameron resurfaced as one-half of
The Funkadactyls. But this WWE Diva isn't all boogie - she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in business marketing and a
Bachelor of Science in psychology from California State University, Northridge, thus proving she can hold her own in both
the wrestling ring and the classroom.
Despite being eliminated in the inaugural episode of the 2011 season of Tough Enough, Cameron, whose real name
is Ariane Andrew, confirmed on her Twitter account that she had signed a developmental contract with WWE. The Northridge,
California, native would soon launch into orbit around Planet Funk. On the January 9, 2012 episode of Raw, Cameron
made her WWE debut as one of the dancers and valets (together with Naomi) for a repackaged Brodus Clay. Following the
disintegration of Clay and "Sweet T," or Tons of Funk, The Funkadactyls went their separate ways. For her part, Cameron
received her first crack at the WWE Divas Championship on February 23, 2014 at Elimination Chamber, a bout which
she won via disqualification after Tamina Snuka accidentally attacked AJ Lee. Cameron received a rematch on the following
episode of SmackDown, but lost to Lee after submitting to the Black Widow.
Cameron is perhaps best known for her starring role on Total Divas on the E! network, a reality show which, in
its third season also stars the Bellas, Naomi, Natalya, Eva Marie, Summer Rae and Rosa Mendes. In July, Cameron split from
Naomi and would emerge victorious in a clash with her former partner at WWE Battleground.
