Backstage News on WWE's Plans for Batista, Update on Paige's Status, JR

- Jim Ross will be doing a speaking engagement at Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, North Carolina on Friday, January 31st from 9pm until 11pm. The event will take place in the UC Grand Room.
- WWE NXT Women's Champion Paige returned to work on Monday at the WWE Performance Center. It was originally reported she was out with an injury but The Wrestling Observer reported she was given some time off for personal reasons. She tweeted on Tuesday that she had a great day at the Performance Center and is very excited for the future.
- WWE's plan going forward is to push Batista heavily in the storylines. Plans do change but the idea since signing him was for him to win the Royal Rumble match and go on to headline WrestleMania XXX.
