The Cole Challenge Set for RAW, WWE SmackDown Rating, CM Punk's GTS Pizza

- This past Friday's WWE SmackDown scored a 2.22 cable rating, up from last week's 1.93 rating. This week's show averaged 3,265,000 viewers, the highest average since WrestleMania 27.
- Ian's Pizza in Chicago, Illinois will be bringing back "The GTS Pizza" from November 21st through the 27th. The CM Punk approved pizza comes with swiss cheese, onions, potatoes and smoked turkey leg.
- The Michael Cole Challenge will finally take place on next week's three-hour RAW from Boston. Jim Ross wrote the following on Twitter last night:
"I'll be in Boston next week for the 3 hour Raw & I will take the Michael Cole Challenge whatever it that is. Is it a setup? Does it matter?"
